These Neath photos cover a side passage between two houses and a tall, narrow yard enclosed by brick walls. The yard was thick with ivy and weeds, and the photos show it before and after we cut it back. Tight spaces like these make a clearance job as much about access as about the growth itself.

In the first photo, a gravel passage runs between rough-rendered walls with trimmers, fuel cans, buckets and a wheelie bin laid out along it. The gravel is mostly clean, with a little grass coming through. The yard is a different story. Looking down from a metal staircase, ivy covers the left-hand wall and weeds fill the floor all the way to a doorway at the far end.
After the work, the weeds have been cut down and the floor is open gravel and soil again. Some cut stems remain on the surface in the doorway view, so this is a cleared yard rather than a finished one. A strimmer and a bin are visible on the ground. Ivy still grows over the top of the left-hand wall, which is common when the aim is to clear the ground rather than strip the walls.
